You got a boring week.
You are so tired with stupid things in this week.
You want to refresh yourself to start a new week.
Therefore, do not lay on your bed whole day just for sleeping, eating, watching TV & playing with Facebook. All you need to do are:
1. Go to gym or yoga center or everything relates to exercise
2. Dance when you are bathing with your catchy song (like Tonight – Jessica Sanchez feat Ne-yo or Don’t worry Child – Swedish House Mafia)
3. Enjoy your favorite coffee at your favorite coffee store with your favorite friends.
4. Read your favorite book or watch your favorite movie (I strongly recommend you “Silver Linings Playbook” – an amazing comic-drama movie !)
5. And last but not least, pick up you coolest outfits and go out to do all those things. Better look make you feel more confident and the more you are confident, the m0re interesting things you can get from your life !
Now, just stand up & go out !
